About us

Roy Burchfield has lived in the Lake Conroe / Montgomery Texas community for over 30 years and takes great pride in maintaining his properties and creating space for you, your family, and friends to enjoy.  He has had rental properties for 20+ years in the Lake Conroe Community and continues to steadily grow his Short-Term Rental business, which he started in 2019.  Roy & Kelly are Superhosts and Premier Hosts and their Team is readily available to answer any questions and/or assist you before, during, and after your stays with us.

Roy and his wife, Kelly, live nearby in downtown Montgomery at their Train Depot Home and their Forest Home just north of Montgomery in the Sam Houston National Forest along with their sweet English Bull Terrier, Juno.
