A Fisherman's Retreat - Escape to our cozy Side Pocket near Lake Conroe, ideal for fisherman and outdoor enthusiasts.  This charming retreat comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests, featuring an upper-level queen bedroom for a restful night's sleep.  Downstairs, you'll find a sofa bed with a memory foam mattress adjacent to the pool table and kitchenette. 

The living space is centered around the pool table downstairs with a 55" Smart TV, couch, a hightop table with two chairs, and a recliner.  Perfect for casual gathering after a day on the water.  We also have a set of corn hole boards with bags.

The bathroom boasts a large soaker tub as well as a shower for your relaxation needs, and a washer and dryer are thoughtfully located within the bathroom for your convenience.  The kitchenette has a full-size refrigerator with a microwave that can be conveniently rolled out of the closet on a sturdy cart.  And we have two grill options (charcoal and gas).

Park your truck and boat with ease.  Enjoy your morning coffee or evening barbecue in the sitting area at front entrance, complete with grills, shades, and a fan to keep cool.

Nestled on a lovely lot in Lake Conroe Forest just off Highway 105, our Side Pocket offers easy access to nearby fishing spots and outdoor activities around Lake Conroe.  And don't forget to check out our second Unit, The Cedar Shack, also on property!

** PETS ALLOWED_$50 Per Pet FEE applies upon checkin unless you process payment at time of booking. ** We ask that pets are kenneled, when left unattended in our homes. And if they snuggle with you on furniture, we ask that blankets or pads are placed beneath them.

** Smoking and Vaping are allowed on property in outdoor areas only.  We do ask that you clean up after yourselves and not leave any butts nor paraphernalia behind.

Uber is available in our area, however, the later it gets in the evening, or night rather, the more difficult it is to secure a ride.

This home is located in Lake Conroe Forest across from Waterpoint Marina and Shopping Center, where you'll find restaurants, a CVS, etc.
