West Wing at the Manor w/ Swimming Pond & Sand Volleyball Access

Come relax on 5 acres of outdoor fun! Enjoy our well-fed private swimming pond, or fish off the backside pier, play some sand volleyball, horse shoes, corn hole, etc. The West Wing is attached to our main house (aka The Manor), but the West Wing does have its own private entrance under carport. There is no access between the West Wing and The Manor unless both units are rented and requested to be open between the units.

Upstairs you will find 2 queen size beds, a loveseat, and TV. Downstairs includes a sleeper sofa, TV, breakfast table, kitchenette, and full bath w/ stand up shower. Washer and dryer in closet next to kitchenette just before the bathroom.

This West Wing rental is located on our 5 acre property along with two other rental units (The Manor and Casita), so if you're planning a family gathering or looking to hang out somewhere for a stay with friends, message your Hosts, Roy & Kelly, to inquire about availability of adjacent properties or check our accommodation availability feature on our website. If you are planning a social gathering during your stay with us, but only the maximum number of guests will be staying the night in our West Wing unit, we do still require approval prior to check-in and an additional fee may apply based on the number of people expected to enjoy this accommodation / amenities with you for your gathering. Again, we do allow social gatherings, but WE DO REQUIRE NOTIFICATION prior to check-in and the HOST's FINAL APPROVAL.

LATE CHECK-OUT options available at three different levels: Until 12 noon @ no charge_Until 2pm @ $45_Until 6pm @ $75. * If a LATE CHECK-OUT is desired, please connect with our Lake ConRoy Team via text or call for approval, so we may confirm it will not conflict with any other guests checking in or housekeeping. Upon Host approval, you may pay for and confirm your late check-out via Guest Guide link provided and Stripe Connect (credit card transaction).

Upon arrival at the front gate, press button on ring and one of us will open the gate for you. A gate opener (clicker) is left for you on the coffee table or kitchenette table for seamless access coming and going throughout your stay. When leaving the property, please note our front gate is motion trigger, so approach slowly and the gate will open for you.

PARKING... Our West Wing Guests may park beneath the carport. If additional parking is needed, you may park another vehicle behind a car/truck under carport, but please DO NOT BLOCK OUR DRIVEWAY TO THE LEFT as that is the access road for our Casita Guests as well as other guests/people that may be dropping by to enjoy our sweet, private resort area (i.e. swimming pond, tortoise corral viewing, sand volleyball, outdoor grilling, corn hole, horse shoes, etc.)  Additional parking can be just off the driveway leading up to the house, preferably on the right side.

** PETS ALLOWED_$50 Per Pet FEE applies prior to check-in unless you process payment at time of booking. ** We ask that pets are kenneled, when left unattended in our homes. And if they snuggle with you on furniture, we ask that blankets or pads are placed beneath them.

* Smoking is not permitted in the house, including vapes, but is allowed on the porches and outdoors. We just ask that butts are disposed of properly. Thank you!

Uber is on option in our community, however, please note the later it gets in the night, the more difficult it is secure a ride via Uber.

Our property is located in Lake Conroe Forest just across Highway 105 from Waterpoint Marina and Shopping Center.  You're minutes from Lake Conroe with some great restaurants, boat and jet ski rentals, etc.  

Visit Downtown Montgomery for local shops, antiquing, wine bars, restaurants, the town square, etc. There are 2 grocery stores nearby. We are located minutes from just about anything you might need. We are about 15 minutes from I-45, 25 minutes from The Woodlands, and 45 minutes from Houston.
