Ideal for individuals_couples_hunters_fishermen_ outdoor enthusiasts… Enjoy the Nat’l Forest, northern Lake Conroe, & nearby wineries. Cagle Recreation boat launch_10min drive off FM 1375. Bring your dirt bikes, ATVs, horses to explore 4 nearby Multi-Use Trailheads and 80+ miles of forest trails. Plus we have 3 hiking trailheads w/in 2 miles off FM 149.

This upper back deck off this Morning Glory Room is great for stargazing and hanging out! 

** Please note we do have an additional bedroom with king bed and TV available to rent should you have extra guests joining you. We just haven't gone live with that room's listing yet. Additional guest fees will apply, if added to your reservation.

Kitchen downstairs is fully stocked with anything you may need for meal prep and hanging out. The kitchen downstairs is SHARED SPACE along with living room, pool table, boss toss game, lower back deck, and fenced backyard. And we have a kitchenette upstairs for guest convenience with a Keurig, microwave, and small fridge with room for your leftovers, etc.

We still have outside grounds work in progress, however, the room and private upper deck off the Morning Glory Room are ready for your stay and are quite accommodating. Also, driveway is a circle drive with parking available to the right of our home. And we do have room for vehicles with trailers as well as space for a trailer or boat to be unhitched, if necessary.

LATE CHECK-OUT options available at two different levels: Until 12 noon @ no charge_Until 2pm @ $45. * If a LATE CHECK-OUT is desired, please connect with Host, Roy, via text or call for approval, so we may confirm it will not conflict with any other guests checking in or housekeeping. Upon Host approval, you may pay for and confirm your late check-out via Guest Guide link provided and Stripe Connect (credit card transaction).

Kelly and Roy, your Hosts, may or may not be on-site during your stay, but they are always available along with their Lake ConRoy Team, should you need anything or have questions throughout your stay.

Uber is an option, but rather expensive and difficult to secure rides later in the day as we are in the National Forest, but we are just 12 miles north of Montgomery.
